Funded Early Learning and Childcare Places

All of our nurseries work in partnership with their local authorities to provide funded Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) places in line with Scottish Government guidance.
Firtrees, Fullwood and Bellwood Nurseries work in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council.
Meiklewood Nursery works in partnership with Glasgow City Council.

In line with current Scottish Government funding arrangements, children are eligible for funding from the start of the term following their third birthday, based on nationally agreed term dates.

Families can apply for their funded place by requesting an application form from the nursery, who will be happy to support you through the process. Alternatively, families can download a copy of the form from their local council website.

Please note that funded places are limited and are allocated in line with each local authority’s admissions policy.
